Lewis Lazare: The Oprah Winfrey Show has taken a ratings hit in recent weeks while it is in reruns. The most recent Nielsen national rating for the Chicago-based Winfrey talk show for the week ending July 18 was a 2.8 (3.2 million households), down some 20 percent year over year.
